Garden Center Retail Manager - Full-Time

The Garden Center Retail Manager leads and manages Garden Center Retail Sales Team Members. Responsible for training, providing feedback and ensuring happy customer and healthy plants. Works closely with the Owner and Human Resources to ensure appropriate staffing level. This position will focus on sales versus production but will work closely with the Production Manager.

SBC Services - Service Coordinator - Full-Time (Seasonal)

The SBC Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the logistics, scheduling and customer service for our Maintenance Division. (Lawn Maintenance, Garden Maintenance, and Snow Removal). As Services Coordinator your top priority will be ensuring that our Maintenance Teams are fulfilling deadlines in a timely manner and providing quality services for our clients. Maintaining customer relationships, promoting maintenance services and supporting team members are also key responsibilities for the Service Coordinator position. Candidate must have at least 3 or more years of service management experience in a green industry related field or organization.

Lawn Maintenance Team Member - Full-Time (18+, Seasonal)

The Lawn Maintenance Team member is responsible for performing lawn care duties (mowing, weed whipping, leaf pick up, etc.) for commercial and residential properties as assigned. An ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, is able to work at a fast but quality pace, has past work experience using a variety of lawn care equipment, and has availability Monday-Saturday throughout the lawn care season. This position is full-time with varying daily hours based on project needs. Candidates must be 18 years old to drive the zero-turn lawn mowers.

Garden Center Production - Full-Time/Part-Time (HS age and up, Seasonal)

Garden Center Production team members will be responsible for planting and maintaining the plants, shrubs, and trees within the nursery. Direction will be provided by the Garden Center Production Manager or the Garden Center Retail Manager.

Garden Center Associate - Full-Time/Part-Time (HS age and up, Seasonal)

Garden Center Sales Team Members will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customer in their purchases, restocking plant inventories, maintaining plant health and appearance, and answering customer questions. Direction will be provided by the Garden Center Retail Manager.

Chemical Applicator - Full-Time (Seasonal)

Using appropriate precautions and techniques; apply chemicals on-site at nursery and on customer sites as requested.

Hardscape Sales - Full-Time (Seasonal)

Hardscape sales team members are responsible for working in the hardscape and landscape areas, working with these materials, and assisting customers. This position will also restock inventory, unload product being delivered to the nursery, assist in loading products for customer purchases, as well as keeping the hardscape and landscape areas clean and organized.
